Sludgework is the lovingly crafted graphic design project by Megan Umpleby.
Meg started freelance graphic design in August 2018 to fulfil her strong passion for art, and to connect with other like-minded individuals. Meg is a pen/ink artist specialising in black and white imagery, and is entirely self-taught, giving her work a distinctive style. Her art reflects her interests in gothic imagery, heavy music and horror/alternative themes.
In her time as a freelancer she has worked with numerous bands, podcasters, streamers and authors, displaying her innate ability to create multipurpose designs. These include pieces that have been used as posters, logos, album artwork and t-shirts. Every single piece of work is crafted by hand, with great attention to detail and is then finished off digitally before being sent to clients. Her designs combine simple concepts with intricate details. They are guaranteed to make your chosen illustration both eye-catching and intriguing.
Meg is also a Redbubble artist, with many of her designs available as apparel or prints in a selection of sizes.
